Goolang Beginners Weekend

Start Time : 12:14 PM, Wed 10 Mar '10

End Time : 12:14 PM, Wed 10 Mar '10

Location :

This is our traditional trip down to Goolang Creek (Nymboida Canoe Centre) which is about 30 minutes south of Grafton, NSW. This trip gives many beginner kayaks their first experience in White Water. We have a group of experienced paddlers who will be there to show you the ropes on how to handle a kayak and navigate white water.

The creek is very simple, and provides endless hours of fun.

Experienced paddlers are still welcome to come along, however, this trip is still geared towards complete beginners (providing you have attended a rolling practice)

Transport is done through car pooling, so if you are interested in coming and can drive please let me know.
